Valencian Photographic Holidays is based in the beautiful countryside outside the Spanish town of Ontinyent. Many photographic opportunities are just on the doorstep; rolling hills indented with the soft rays of the setting sun, trees bursting with luscious fruit and wild flowers delighting every sense.

The town itself offers a feast for the photographers' eye, literally humming with the influences of the many cultures that have left their mark. After a day trekking with the tripod what could be better than to sample the restaurants and cafes and indulge yourself with traditional Spanish tapas and wines. The medieval town of Bocairent with its caves and cobbled streets is just 15 minutes drive away.

The accommodation is situated in 2 acres of olive groves surrounded by hills.
We offer both single and shared accommodation with comfortable, light and airy rooms. There are plenty of cool areas to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Meals

Although most meals are included in the price of the holiday there are additional cooking facilities if you want to make your own snack
All meals are prepared with fresh, local produce either at Casa Sanchis or from one of the many delightful and traditional Spanish restaurants. All meals, apart from the independent free day and two nights where we eat out in local Spanish restaurants, are included in the cost of your holiday. A glass of beer or wine is offered with the main meal.

Pool and outdoor pizza oven

We also have an outdoor pool where you can relax without having to keep an eye on your lounger! From May to September the water is lovely to swim in and freshen up. There is also an outdoor oven, so if you want to get involved in making the worlds' greatest ever pizza, you can!

So after all this you will feel even more energised too indulge in your photography!
