Photography Holidays in Valencia Spain.
Holiday itinerary
The holidays are run from Tues. to Tues. in order to get the cheap flights to Alicante airport. We are based about one and a half hours drive inland from Alicante.
Our aim is to offer an environment which brings out your individual talent and skill. Our style is informal, friendly and fun. Yet we believe in attention to those important details which make holidays memorable. Photography is our passion and all tuition is given at the highest professional level.
A typical week
Valencian Photographic Holidays have chosen for you a diverse range of landscapes where wonderful vegetation, palms and wild flowers are abundant. Rivers, tall bamboo, rock formations and deep valleys, all bathed in brilliant light, provide abundant opportunity to learn the elements of great photography.
Routinely we will visit at least five different locations. There will be three full excursion days and on at least one of these days there will be the opportunity to capture the sunrise. The medieval town of Bocairent is perfect for this. What better place to have breakfast than in the cafe in the cave with local Spanish people!
Another day trip offered is to Valencia which provides an unforgettable opportunity to create wonderful cityscape images and enjoy the beauty of the botanical gardens. Enjoy lunch in a tradional tapas bar.

As we live here permantly we have built an extensive knowledge of the area and its many traditions and customs. In August we plan trips to local and colourful fiestas. Evenings offer the opportunity to socialise, make new friends, eat well and capture sunsets. One evening is spent making the worlds greatest pizza in the outdoor pizza oven!
Adobe Photoshop tutorials
Time allocation negotiable but at least 6 hours a week and also opportunities to work on images independently.
Free time
One full day. Maps, info, timetables and car hire, if needed, available. On two afternoons optional trips can be arranged, or lounging around the pool with a glass of wine is also encouraged.
Alternatively, Bev is a qualified personal coach, reiki master and holistic therapist. So if you would like a coaching session to create some exciting goals for yourself following your holiday, or simply relax and enjoy a therapeutic massage then all these can be arranged.
An additional charge is made for these services but discounted for Valencian Photographic Holidays.
Total cost of holiday 735.00GBP (exchange rate as applicable)
Includes 7 nights accomodation, all meals (apart from lunch and evening meal on the free day and two evening meals where we eat in local Spanish restaurants), all tuition and materials(except film processing)and transport to and from Alicante airport.
